75% higher test scores

Brilliant Tuition makes reading the cornerstone of the curriculum. For children to succeed in studies, they must be reading on grade level by the end of the third grade and keep building reading skills through secondary school. They also need effective teachers, so Brilliant Tuition includes intensive professional development, ongoing coaching support, and data tools to give teachers feedback on how students are learning and where they need additional instruction or extra help. Brilliant Tuition involves the whole community in implementing effective instruction that is based on the best research on what works. Brilliant Tuition makes learning fun and engaging for kids and helps students become knowledgeable and skilled.

It makes sense to treat individuals differently, and to adapt communication toward what works for them. Some kids you can joke with, and some you cannot. Some need more explanation, while others need little or none. If you consider students as individuals (and especially if you have a reasonable class size), you can better meet their needs.

Behaviourist Approach to Learning

This approach to learning is based on the idea that learners respond to stimuli in their environment.  The role of the learning facilitator, therefore, is to provide relevant and useful stimuli so that the learner responds to and gains the required knowledge or experience.
